Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy

Mediations can be booked in person and virtually. The daily full-day flat rate starts at $12,600, but may increase depending on the number of parties. There is per party admin fee with Judicate West. The flat rate includes substantial time set aside for preparation as well as up to ten hours at the mediation itself. Polina wants to see each case resolve and will spend a reasonable amount of time without charge in post-mediation follow up if necessary to try to bring a case to a resolution.

Mediation fees must be received upon confirmation in order to hold the dates. Fees will be refunded if the mediation is canceled and written notice is received 21 days in advance of the mediation date.
